Mermaid & Bear Pet Concierge was founded in 2023, inspired by a very special rescue dog named Bear, and created in honor of my mom. Bear showed us how essential it is for pets to have a dedicated team of people to care for, support, and love them. His impact guided our vision for a pet concierge service that would provide the kind of attention and compassion every pet deserves.
