CANCELLATION POLICY
At Mermaid & Bear Pet Concierge, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy for Overnight Pet Care:
14+ Days: Full credit of the total cost to be applied to future bookings.
14 Days-72 Hours: 50% credit of the total cost to be applied to future bookings.
Less than 72 Hour: No credit to be applied.
- Cancellation Policy for Other Services:
- Credits will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- No refund or credit will be issued for the nonrefundable $50 booking fee.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

With over 7 years of pet-sitting experience, Karen has a strong background in pet care. She’s skilled at giving medications, raw feeding, dog nutrition, and handling dogs with challenging behaviors. Trained as a professional Dog Handler by a Certifed Canine Trainer, Karen is well-equipped to work with all dogs. She also has experience with rabbits, chickens, and more!
